Collaboration Capital Services : 

Collaboration Capital is a digital investment bank allowing companies to connect with M&A targets worldwide. The platform offers various applications dedicated to M&A operations.

Object

The partner confirms that he is willing to promote the services of Collaboration Capital.

To do so, he will be provided with his own customized link, which will track users and clients gained by Collaboration Capital thanks to his action.
For each new paid client due to his action or his link, the partner will receive a 20% commission.

The  partner will receive access to specific resources to promote Collaboration Capital services.

Collaboration Capital will share with the partner all useful information to track his action, and the new users and clients gained through his promotion. We engage to actively monitor the new clients gained, and ensure that the partner receives its commission.

The commission
The 20% commission will be based on all the revenue made by Collaboration Capital in its first contract with a new client brought by the partner. The commission includes all potential success fees.
The commission will be paid to the partner, after that the new client has paid Collaboration Capital.
The partner has no obligation regarding the results, and incurs no penalty if no user or client are gained through his action.

If a potential client was already in contact with Collaboration Capital (eg. already has an account on the platform, or already has spoken with our team orally or writtenly) before becoming a paid client via the action of a partner, there will be no commission for the partner. 

Affiliate Program Terms : 

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

Rules for participating in the affiliate program :

In order to participate in the Capital Collaboration Affiliate Program, you must agree, commit to and abide by the following terms and conditions:

Follow the brand guidelines and strictly use the resources provided by Collaboration Capital.

Those resources can be provided by a Collaboration Capital employee, or found on the website: logos, screenshots, graphic images, descriptions, and tools. 

Collaboration Capital reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the Affiliate Program if any of the following prohibited conduct is observed.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our Services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction at our discretion. We may do so on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Services we provide.

We guarantee the quality of our Services and make every effort to meet our users’ expectations.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use ; 

By participating in the affiliate program and registering an account, you must be at least 18 years old, and you and your company are responsible for your account and all activities related to it. 

To use the partners platform, you must create an account, select an account name and set a password. When you do this, the information you provide to us must be accurate and complete. Please do not use invalid or other people’s emails, as this will reduce the security of your account.

When you access or use our platform, you agree that you are not violating any law or any intellectual property or other third party right or committing a tort and that you are solely responsible for all your actions when using our Services on the online platform.

Do not take any action that infringes or violates the rights of others, violates the law or violates your contract or your legal obligations to anyone. 

Do not try to interfere with the normal operation of the service;

Don’t use other users’ accounts without permission;

Do not damage any system, data, password or other personal information, or give unauthorized access to any outside person;

Do not take any action that will impose a burden on our infrastructure or third party providers. 

Do not use any type of software or device (whether manual or automated) or other automated tools or interfaces to « crawl » any part of the site or extract data; Do not disassemble or reverse engineer any aspect of the service in an attempt to access the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.

Sponsorship follow-up : 

To get his commission, the affiliate has to use the partners platform, with his own login and password. If the affiliate has earned 5,00€ or more, he is able to freely transmit the money to the account of his choice.
If the affiliate has less than 5,00€ on the partners platform, he needs first to earn more commissions to be able to transfer the money freely.

The partners platform is provided by the company PartnerStack, the affiliate must accept its terms and privacy policy.

Use of links and licences

By participating in our affiliate program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access our platform and partners platform through the unique links in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 

You hereby acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Licensed Materials other than the limited rights specified herein. Collaboration Capital is the owner of all intellectual property rights in its platform and accompanying documentation and all updates, past, current and future versions thereof, as well as all developments made by Collaboration Capital. 

Under no circumstances will these rights be transferred to you as a result of this agreement. 

You shall not infringe in any way Collaboration Capital’s intellectual property rights in the software. 

You are expressly prohibited from using or operating the Software in any manner that is not in not in accordance with this agreement. 

Compensation :

In the event of any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to any violation of these Affiliate Terms or any activity by you, you hereby agree to indemnify Collaboration Capital. 

In addition, you hereby agree to be bound to act in compliance with all applicable French and European laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the GDPR and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction :

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France and any dispute arising out of or relating to the terms hereof shall be brought exclusively before the courts of France.

Change of Terms of Services : 

Collaboration Capital reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time and we encourage users to check this page frequently to stay informed of these latest regulations.
